summer drawings

I enjoy drawing plants and botanical shapes very much - walking in my local woodland / park is an inspiration, but I am also inspired by the plants in my own small garden. Above you can see (top) a drawing inspired by the clematis that grows by my studio window. The drawing is in gouache on sketchbook paper. Below is a drawing I made after walking in my local parkland, looking at the shapes and textures of wild plants. The drawing is in Indian ink on 130gsm artist paper

These two drawings will be in my shop tomorrow, Saturday 6th June at 4pm (UK time) - thank you
